Recruiting the very best candidates for faculty positions is critical to our success. Each academic year the Division of Institutional Equity and Diversity, in collaboration with the Office of the Provost, conducts training sessions for members of faculty search committees to ensure that these committees have all of the information needed to conclude a successful search.
