UNT Sculpture shared Denton Record-Chronicle's post.
One of the students in Professor Eggert's Art in Public course did a temporary public intervention on Denton's confederate monument last night. Read about it in this article published by the Denton Record Chronicle.
Emily O’Connor said she didn’t think the monument, or what it stood for, reflected the values of the majority of Denton residents.
“I wanted it to be the opinion of a group of people that live here,” she said.
