CANVAS SUPPORT

If your question relates to Canvas—for instance, if you can’t figure out how to upload a document, or a quiz or assignment is not showing up where you think it should—then you should do the following:

  • First, check the “Canvas Guides” to see if they cover the topic. These are short, informative guides to particular topics. Here is the link to the Canvas Guides for students.
  • Second, if you can’t find the answer in the Canvas Guides, click on the "Help" icon in the left hand sidebar in Canvas.

COMPUTER AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT

If you have a computer or technology question or problem other than Canvas, your primary point of contact is the Office of Information Technology helpdesk. You may contact us in person, over the phone, or by submitting a request by email.

Send an email to HelpDesk@untdallas.edu.

When submitting a request via email, please include the following information so that we may better assist you:

  • Your EUID
  • The best way to contact you
  • Summary of the issue/request
  • Notes or observations to that may assist us in finding a resolution
