The University of North Texas at Dallas has partnered with Credentials Inc. to offer online transcript ordering services. Current and former students may order transcripts 24/7 through this encrypted and secure process. This service has a charge of $2.35 per transcript ordered which goes to the vendor for processing fees. The most efficient way to order a transcript is to log in to my.untdallas.edu.
Click on the "Request Official Transcript" button on the left hand side menu under "Academic Records". This links to a secure connection to the Transcripts Plus System hosted by Credentials Inc. and your student information will automatically carry over for you. This website will also have information and an FAQ on the transcript ordering process.
- Select the "Deliver to Recipient" option to mail your official transcript record within 1-3 business days to colleges and other organizations.
- Receive real-time updates via email or text on your transcript order.
- Upload documents to accompany your official transcript through the TranscriptsPlus interface.
- Select the "Pick Up" option to have your transcript available for pick up within 2 business days with a valid ID.
This method is fast, secure and the most reliable way to order an official transcript.

How long will it take to get my transcript?
If you do not have any transcript blocks or holds, it will take about 2 business days to process your transcript. You will receive an email once your order is complete. Please allow 7-10 business days when requesting your transcript to be mailed.
Can I request my transcript over the phone or in person?
No, we cannot take transcript requests over the phone or in person. You must request and pay for your transcript online.
Can my school send you my transcript electronically?
Unfortunately, we are not set up to receive or send electronic transcripts. Transcripts must be sent through regular mail or picked up by the student.
Can you fax or email my transcript?
Unfortunately, we cannot fax or email transcripts. Transcripts must be sent through regular mail or given to the student in hand.
Will my transcript show classes taken at other institutions?
No, your transcript will only show courses you have taken at UNT Dallas.
How do I get my unofficial transcript?
If you are a current student, you can log into your student portal, click on "student center" and then "My Academics" to view and print it. If you are not a current student, you will need to request an official transcript.
I took classes at UNT Dallas before August 2015. Can I get my transcript at UNT Dallas?
