First Friday Yoga

These FREE yoga classes are designed to explore various yoga formats in a group setting. No registration required! Classes will meet upstairs in Group Exercise Room A. Space is limited, so get here early!

Chakra Yoga
Asanas, meditation, and breathing exercises to help bring renewed focus and energy.

Wellness Wednesdays

Stop by the Wellness Wednesday table (in front of the climbing wall at the Rec Center) to pick up information and speak with a personal trainer who can answer general wellness questions, help with exercise technique, and perform blood pressure and body fat measurements.

Are you looking for a fun and healthy activity for your organization, residence hall, or department? We can work with you and the needs of your group to have a group exercise instructor or personal trainer come to you for a private class, special event, or presentation. Pricing starts at only $25!
