Our office offers resources and suggestions on culture and etiquette, holidays or celebrations that may coincide with your guests’ visits, and any existing international relationships and collaborations with your visitors’ home country. UNT-I staff are also available to meet with international visitors as appropriate and as schedules allow.

Please register VIP international visitors with the University’s Protocol Office.

VIP International Visitors include:

• University Presidents, Chancellors and Provosts or equivalent
• Current and former high-ranking government officials such as heads of state, ambassadors, consuls general, etc.
• Other governmental and religious officials
• High profile visitors
• High ranking military officers
