UNT is committed to the consistent and equitable review of full-time faculty members. Annual reviews provide an assessment of the quality of a faculty member’s contributions in teaching, scholarship, and service and are used to determine merit, review of tenured faculty, and other purposes as required by unit guidelines or university policy.
