The Administration Division includes the following units: accreditation, dispatch, community services, Discovery Park police and security services, technical services, training as well as recruiting and hiring. The division is commanded by Captain Mark Bergstrom.
The Administration Division is staffed by both sworn and non-sworn employees who assist the University and Police Department in many different ways.

Dispatch
The Sullivant Public Safety Center houses a fully functional dispatch center with state-of-the-art radio and computer equipment. The Police Dispatch serves as the central hub for emergency communication to the university.
Dispatch falls under the Professional Standards Division which is supervised by Captain Mark Bergstrom. Some of the services provided by Dispatch include:
- Available to the University community by telephone, TDD, and walk-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Receive emergency and non-emergency phone calls
- Radio dispatch officers and monitor their activity
- Monitor fire and burglar alarm systems for the entire campus
