What people say

My wife and I have been coming to White Wolf since 2011 but have recently begun posting a review of the places we dine at. It is now time to tell everybody what I think of their food and service. I will start off by saying that we have NEVER had a bad dining experience here. The food has ALWAYS been top notch and the service has ALWAYS been exemplary. We invited two new friends and our son-in-law's mother to join us today. Our server was very attentive and since they do not have a separate gluten free menu, he took the time to let us know what the gluten free options were. I thought that was nice to have the server inform us personally. I had my heart set on the eggs Benedict since I had their chicken and waffles the last time. I chose the Eggs Benedict and our server recommended the crab cake version. I simply left it up to him what to put on the plate and he selected the home fries. They use a mix of red potato and sweet potatoes. When my plate arrived, the presentation was picture perfect and I did in fact take a photo. I requested some salsa for my home fries and it was NOT from a jar. The smell alone said FRESH MADE. The combination of the sweet and red potato was great. The salsa brought it together nicely in my opinion. I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive about crab on eggs Benedict BUT... IT BLEW ME AWAY. Their Hollandaise sauce was fantastic and complimented the crab and poached egg perfectly. The avocado was a nice touch. I will just say that there were 3 clean plats and two could simply not finish what was on their plate at our table and the other 4 at the table were very pleased with their food. I am pretty sure you would get a thumbs up from everybody in our party for the food, service, atmosphere and overall dining experience. If you have not been to White Wolf Cafe, you have NO IDEA what you are missing...
