ServiceNow Incident Reporting
- ServiceNow supports the creation of new Incidents from email, using the email address of Helpdesk@untdallas.edu for both outgoing and incoming traffic.
- To create a new Incident, send email to Helpdesk@untdallas.edu containing the text that you want in the Incident, mapped as follows:
- Email Subject >>> Incident Summary
- Email Body >>>>> Incident Description
- Incidents can be reported directly through ServiceNow at ithelp.untdallas.edu.
