DENTON – Fan voting for the second-annual Scrappy Awards is now available. North Texas student-athletes and teams have been nominated for awards in five categories that fans will decide:

• Outstanding Team Performance
• Outstanding Individual Performance
• Team Moment of the Year
• Male Newcomer of the Year
• Female Newcomer of the Year

Fan voting will conclude on Sunday, April 29, and the awards will be announced at the Scrappys Awards ceremony on Monday, April 30. The Scrappys recognize Mean Green student-athletes and teams for outstanding performances athletically and academically throughout the school year.
