C-USA Release

DENTON – Senior Victoria Junious was named to the 2017 Conference USA InTouch Credit Union women’s cross country all-academic team.

Junious holds a 3.98 GPA in Kinesiology and has been a key contributor for the Mean Green this season. Junious helped North Texas placed fifth in the C-USA Championships with a 53rd place finish with a time of 19:04.4 in her first-ever conference championship. Junious has consistently been one of the top five finishers for the Mean Green and came in 27th at the Ken Garland Invitational earlier this season.

Junious will be participating in the NCAA South Central Regional on Friday, Nov. 10, at 9:15 a.m. hosted by Texas A&M.
