Student Organization Meetings & Events:

JAG Fest: The UNT Dallas student involvement fair and student organization showcase is called JAG Fest. Each student organization hosts a table for all students to visit and learn more about their organization. Tables are assigned on a first come first served basis.   • The next JAG Fest will be on January 30th from 4-6PM in FH 138.

Student Organization President’s Council (SOPC): As a registered student organization on campus, one of the responsibilities of each president is to attend these meetings once a month to announce upcoming events, participate in workshops and seminars to benefit the student organization's development, and create long-lasting, collaborative relationships between student organizations. For questions regarding SOPC, please email Rifeta "Fifi" Badic at Rifeta.Badic@untdallas.edu.

  • The SOPC meetings occur on the third Wednesday of every month, except May and December.

Jagger's Den: The purpose of Jagger's Den funding is to assist recognized student organizations with their programs, which are events, services, or projects. To receive funding, an organization must be officially registered and recognized with UNT Dallas Student Affairs. Student organizations, that meet eligibility requirements can receive $300/semester. Workshops and training for student organization presidents and advisors are available every semester and MUST be completed before submitting an application.
