How do I take advantage of these services?

Step 1 First, arrange a consultation with our technology staff.

Contact IT, Meet, Production, Review, Deploy

Step 2 During the consultation, we will assist you in determining the most appropriate technology to use for your educational goals.  Project parameters and timelines will be discussed and you may need to submit design documents or other requested materials.
Step 3 Once the project is clearly defined and all requested materials are received, a task request will be submitted to the production department, which will help clarify expectations and set deadlines. Depending on the scope of the project, additional meetings with production staff may be required.
Step 4 When your project is finished, we will contact you for review. At this stage, you may require revisions and will negotiate new deadlines.
Step 5 Finally, the we will assist you with any necessary content deployment.

How much does it cost?

Nothing! Services are a free resource for University of North Texas at Dallas faculty members.  Most of the work we do involves instructional content for online courses, but we can help develop resources for blended and face-to-face classes.  Email today to set up at time to discuss your project proposal with our instructional technology staff to find out whether or not it qualifies for our production services.
