Applicants are required to update their transcript and application to include their Fall 2017 grades. Therefore, you might want to wait until those grades are available in your transcript before you apply for an ITDS Department scholarship. The applications period will close on March 1st.

FAFSA Statement

We encourage all UNT students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) annually at www.fafsa.gov to ensure all available financial resources may be utilized. Early application ensures the best opportunity to compete for available funding. If your citizenship prevents you from completing the FAFSA, you may be eligible to complete the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) available through College for All Texans or the Texas Public Education Grant for International Students (TPEG-I) Application available through the UNT International Office.

I understand that this application is for fall 2018 and spring 2019 scholarship consideration. If selected for a scholarship award, I understand award notification will be sent to my EagleConnect account, UNT’s official email service. I understand that action by me must be taken to accept any award offer before disbursement of funds can occur. By completing this application, I certify that I anticipate enrolling in a UNT academic program for the 2018-2019 academic year and understand that most scholarship donors require full-time enrollment at UNT (9 graduate hours or 12 undergraduate hours). I further understand that the decision of the ITDS department is final.
By entering my name below, I CERTIFY THAT the information I am providing is complete and correct to the best of my knowledge, and that if my application is incomplete or does not meet the stated criteria, my application will not be considered. By submitting this application, I agree to abide by the policies, rules, and regulations governing the University of North Texas.
