We currently use Service Now to handle the following types of requests:

• Create Faculty/Staff/PhD or Visiting Scholar Account
• Create Part Time Student Employee (no email) Account
• Disable accounts
• Access Card Request
• Non-standard Software Request
• Web Change Request
• To attach files to web requests, click, drag, and drop the desired file into the form body on the webpage.
