AUSTIN--The 2015 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field West Preliminary Round takes place Thursday May 28 through Saturday May 30. A total of ten North Texas athletes are to compete for a spot at NCAA Nationals. Nationals will be held June 10-13 in Eugene, Oregon.

Troy Taylor, who competed in cross-country nationals this fall, competes in the 1500-meter run, which will take place Thursday at 6 p.m. Mona Landry competes in the long jump on Thursday at 6 p.m. and the 100-meter dash at 6:30 p.m. and. At 8:25 p.m. on Friday, Collin Heard runs in the 200-meter dash. 

Jazmine Martin competes in the triple jump at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. NCAA Nationals veteran Shahaf Bareni competes in the high jump at 6 p.m. on Saturday. The men's 4X400-meter relay team consisting of Connor Bey, Caleb Pryor, Jamal Marshall, and Collin Heard competes at 9:45 p.m. on Saturday. The alternate for the 4X400 team is Kedron Sowells.

All three days of competition will be streamed live. Fans will also be able to view live results for the competition here.
