DENTON, Texas (1/15/09) - The North Texas tennis team begins its season on the road this weekend as the squad squares off against New Orleans on Saturday and Tulane on Sunday. Both of these tilts are scheduled for 12 P.M.

It will be a welcome site for the UNO Privateers and Tulane Green Wave as these two schools have not played a full season since 2004-05 due to Hurricane Katrina.

New Orleans holds a 4-0 lifetime mark against North Texas, the last match taking place at UNO in 2003-04 where the Privateers prevailed 5-0.
