This document provides access to a variety of resourcs for McNair Scholars. Some links get you to a full-text document. Others will lead you to a form to complete and submit. Still others will lead you to a page that you are required to read/understand, and then indicate your agreement by indicating so at the bottom of the form and providing your name.
A few of the links lead to PDF-fillable documents. Make sure you follow these directions to access, save, complete, and submit:

Program Exit Forms & Processes |

If you are graduating or leaving the program for any other reason, we need you to go through an exit process. It includes two major parts: 1) completing two Exit Information forms and 2) providing copies of documents related to your McNair experience. In some cases we will want to have a short meeting with you before you leave. The link to the Exit Information form is below. Use the File Upload Links above to submit your documents. |
