Mean Green Soccer Ease Past Alumni 7-3

DENTON (8/27/04)  The North Texas women’s soccer team cruised past the alumni in the final tune-up before the regular season with a 7-3 win at the Mean Green Soccer Complex. Campbell started the scoring with a goal in the ninth minute of play off a pass from senior defender Krista Georgas. Yates made it 2-0 with her first goal of the night three minutes later off a rebound from the right side of the goal.
