College athletes are constantly under the spotlight during the season, but it's the work these students do away from the court or field that often goes unnoticed. Whether helping with a camp, volunteering or working part time, student-athletes have numerous responsibilities to juggle during the summer as they prepare for the coming season.

Have you eaten at Chuy's in Denton lately? Called in a to-go order? If so, you may have met or talked to one of the toughest defenders on the Mean Green soccer team, Tess Graham. Tess, a senior student-athlete at North Texas has worked at Chuy's of Denton throughout her college career.

Tess's opponents on the soccer field would definitely not recognize the sweet demeanor that she shows at her summer job. The four-year letterwinner is known for her physical presence in the backline of the Mean Green starting lineup.
