Cazaubon Advances To Match Play At U.S. Amateur
Former Mean Green Great Makes It To The Round Of 64

Former North Texas golfer Rodolfo Cazaubon advanced to the match play portion of the 113th U.S. Amateur Championship after finishing tied for 20th place after two rounds of stroke play. In a field of 312 players, Cazaubon shot a 1-over par and moves into match play.
64 players advanced to the match play portion of the championship and Cazaubon is seeded No. 25 as he takes on Corey Connors from Canada in the first round of play today. Cazaubon, who finished one of the most decorated careers in North Texas history this past spring, will turn professional following the championship.
The winner of the U.S. Amateur gets an automatic invitation to play in the 2014 Masters. Live scoring for match play can be found here.
