Serge Poborka is the Division Director of Materials for Peterbilt Motors, located in Denton Texas, and has been with Peterbilt / PACCAR since 1999.  In his current role, he is responsible for all Materials / Logistics related activities, including Forecasting, Material Planning, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Inbound Logistics, MRO Purchasing and management of Manufacturing Support / Service suppliers.       

Prior to this role, Mr. Poborka was Director of Purchasing responsible for all suppliers in the Stamping / Fabrications, Composites and Structures commodities for PACCAR North America.  Prior to this he was Purchasing Director for the PACCAR Engine Company, where he had procurement responsibilities for all component parts, capital equipment, and all MRO purchases.  He was also Purchasing Director Responsible for Operations within PACCAR Purchasing.  

Mr. Poborka previously worked for Mack Trucks Inc., where he was the Director of Supplier Quality Assurance.  Prior to this, he worked at the Ford Motor Company in various quality, product development, and plant operations positions.  

Mr. Poborka holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology and a Masters Degree in Quality from Eastern Michigan University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
 

David Reynolds is the Associate Vice President of Facilities and has been with the University of North Texas since 2013. He has 34 years of Installation/Campus Operational Management experience. Reynolds served as a Colonel in the United States Air Force and had a 30-year career including Installation (Campus), Major Command (System), Pentagon and combat assignments. He currently serves as Vice President, Texas Association of Physical Plant Administrators and a Fellow with the Society of American Military Engineers.

Reynolds’ educational background includes Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Master of Political Science, Midwestern State University, Master of Civil Engineering, Clemson University, and Master of National Security & Strategic Studies, U.S. Naval War College.

Jim Corrigan is the President of Trinity Logistics Group (TLG), a division of Trinity Industries and the trusted logistics provider to Trinity’s diverse family of market-leading manufacturing businesses.  As an asset-based carrier with over 200 power units and over 500 trailers TLG provides logistics capabilities to the industrial, energy, transportation, and construction sectors.

Jim joined Trinity Industries in 2013 upon his retirement from the U.S. Army.  His Army career afforded Jim the opportunity to serve alongside America’s finest warriors in a variety of command and staff assignments including the 1^st Infantry Division, 82^nd Airborne Division, 2^nd Infantry Division, and 1^st Cavalry Division.  In addition to these various operations and logistics assignments, he served as an Assistant Professor of Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy.  Jim is a rated aviator in the UH-1, OH-58, and UH-60, and a Master Jumpmaster.

Jim and his wife Sonya are the proud parents of two teenage daughters who are amazing dancers and exceptional young ladies. 

Wally Devereaux is currently the Senior Director of Cargo and Charters for Southwest Airlines.  He started his career with Southwest in February, 1992 as a Customer Service Agent at Dallas Love Field.  Since that time, he has served in various roles at Southwest Airlines in the Ground Operations, Public Relations and Marketing Departments.  

Wally joined the Cargo Management team in August 1999 as the National Account Manager where he spent seven years working with Southwest’s largest cargo Customers.  He held a variety of positions in the Cargo organization before being promoted to his current role 2013.

Wally was the proud recipient of the Airforwarders Association’s 2007 James Foster Memorial Award for exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and dedication in advancing the causes and concerns of the Airforwarders Association and the airfreight industry.  Additionally, Wally serves on the board of directors for the Center for Logistics Education and Research at the University of North Texas, and is also a member of The International Air Cargo Associations Education and Research Committee.

He’s a 1991 graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, and currently resides in Colleyville, Texas with his wife and two daughters.
 

Patrick Bertsch is the Director of International Security and Security Operations at American Airlines (AA) where he oversees the security teams at AA’s 120+ international locations as well as AA’s 24/7 Security Operations team. The International Security team at AA is tasked with implementing the AA International Security Program in all locations outside of the United States while maintaining aviation security regulatory compliance with US and foreign regulators. The Security Operations team, based within the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) in Fort Worth, TX, supports enterprise wide coordination of security incidents and aviation security processes. As a 24/7 company resource, Security Operations is being tasked with a primary role in AA’s ever expanding duty of care initiatives.

Patrick joined AA in 2007 and has worked in a number of operational, compliance and leadership roles including holding international facilitation and security technology oversight responsibilities at pre-merger US Airways. Patrick holds a BA in Geography from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of the International Security Management Association’s Senior Executive Leadership Program at Kellogg School of Management.
