The CLEAR Faculty Help Desk is here to provide service, support, and training for Blackboard, Canvas, and its supported add-ons to faculty and staff at the University of North Texas - Denton/Dallas. You can visit us in Chilton 112C during regular business hours on weekdays (no appointment needed) or call or email us at 940-369-7394 or clearhelp@unt.edu. After hours faculty may contact the UIT Helpdesk (940-565-2324) to report issues with Blackboard Learn or Canvas. In emergency situations, UIT Helpdesk will contact the CLEAR on-call staff member.
