North Texas Jukebox

Sunday from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., KNTU gives you the North Texas Jukebox — the only Metroplex radio show allowing University of North Texas students to request any song from any genre and hear it on the radio.

From Justin Timberlake to Flickerstick, Amy Winehouse to Jimi Hendrix, Foo Fighters to Connan Mockasin, you can add your request to the Sunday night playlist for our North Texas Jukebox.

Listen to 88.1 The One on Sunday night from 7:00 to 10:00 for your song requests on the North Texas Jukebox.

How to make a request:

NOTE: The form below is for University of North Texas students to request songs to hear during the North Texas Jukebox on Sunday night. Absolutely NO OTHER REQUESTS (i.e. Jazz, Tejano, or Classical) made using this form will be aired. For other requests and/or questions, call the KNTU Request Line at 940.565.3688 or send an e-mail to kntu@unt.edu. KNTU staff will not respond to questions submitted via this form.

Sending a request to the North Texas Jukebox is as easy as completing and submitting the request form. Make sure you provide the required information to have the best chance of hearing your song on the North Texas Jukebox.

Why use this form? Because requests from our website get higher priority for airplay. How come? Well, the Jukebox host needs time to find your request, and it’s a lot easier to do before the show goes on the air. When the host is on the air, he or she is busy weaving together requests that have already come in to the Jukebox.
