The Career Development and Entrepreneurship in Music program is the College of Music's avenue to produce successful 21st century musicians. We help students develop an entrepreneurial mindset to build financially sustainable and professionally satisfying arts careers that positively impact their communities. Our program includes academic coursework, internship opportunities, a music entrepreneurship competition, an innovative music programming competition, a related field in music entrepreneurship, frequent guest speakers, one-on-one career advising and mentorship, community engagement, networking opportunities, a Student Artist Entrepreneurs organization (S.A.E.), and other events. Our students are launching their own businesses as a result of our program offerings. To learn more visit our UNT Music Entrepreneurs page.
