A parody of a British pulp hero (Bulldog Drummond), this broad comedy takes place pre-WWII and features stereotypical characters: a supervillain, a femme fatale, an absent-minded professor, and more. Intentionally failed “special effects”, bizarre coincidences and unlikely occurrences add to the knee-slapping fun.
