Mindfulness & Recovery

A meeting open to individuals who want to practice or learn more about mindfulness and living. This meeting focuses on increasing positive life outcomes as well as addressing substance use issues, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder and other quality of life issues. We explore and discuss stumbling blocks, triggers, emotional balancing, thought distortions, coping skills, neuroscience and mindfulness practices.
