The School of Business’s Master of Business Administration program will challenge students to see the world in a more connected manner. This 30 semester hour program prepares students to master the modern business world, to enrich their environment, and to enjoy their chosen field more fully. Graduates will demonstrate leadership skills, managerial acumen, sound financial and accounting strategies, and interpersonal expertise.

Specializations

• Strategic Management – Our Strategic Management concentration provides students with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy for their organization.  This concentration allows students to apply that ability to small businesses, large businesses, or anything in between.
• Accounting – Our Accounting concentration provides needed additional coursework for graduates with accounting degrees who want to qualify for the Certified Public Accountancy exam.
• Human Resources – Our Human Resources concentration provides the fulfillment of a passion for understanding people’s roles in business. Driven by the same award winning principles as our undergraduate program, it provides all the opportunities for success needed.

Requirements

Two or more of the following will allow for conditional admission, and all three may allow for unconditional admission:

• An undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on the last 60 hours prior to receiving a bachelor’s or a GPA of 3.4 on 12 or more graduate classes
• 4 or more years appropriate professional, managerial, or military experience
• Completion of 60% of the program's background courses or their equivalent with a grade of 'B' or higher
