If you are registered for a workshop and cannot attend, and you do not want to transfer to another location, use this form to cancel your registration. Refund/Transfer Policy Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) will be honored if written request is received at least 3 business days prior to the workshop. No refunds when notified less than 3 business days before the workshop. Registration may be transferred one time to a workshop within 6 months of original date. All fees will be forfeit should participant not be able to attend the transfer workshop. To request a transfer please complete the Transfer a Registration form. A $25 transfer fee will be charged if transfer is requested less than 3 business days before the workshop. Registration for our Arlington workshops is handled by the North Central Texas Council of Governments, where they are held. If you are cancelling an Arlington workshop, you must cancel your registration with them.
