Pay Online

eCheck payments can be made online at my.unt.edu 24 hours a day. This is the preferred method of payment. There is no service fee for paying by eCheck.

Pay at UNT Denton Campus

Payments are accepted at Student Financial Services counter on the first floor of the Eagle Student Services Center. The counters are open from 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.  Extended hours are offered during Registration Fee Payment. See the Schedule of Classes for additional information.

Pay at UNT Dallas Campus 

Check payments are also accepted at the UNT Dallas Campus. See the UNT Dallas Campus web page for location information and office hours.

Pay by Mail

Check payments for the Early Registration Payment Deadline can be mailed to our office.  Payments must be received by the due date.  Postmarks will not be considered.

You must include the student's full name, UNT ID number and date of birth on the checks to insure proper credit. 

We do not accept traveler's checks via mail.

Important Information About Paying by Check

The university cannot cash checks made payable to it and the student. If a check is made payable to the university and the student, the entire amount of the check will be applied to the student’s balance after obtaining proper endorsement.

Check-issuing privileges are suspended while any return check and/or service charge are outstanding. If the university receives three or more returned checks, then both the check-issuing privileges and the online payment privileges of the individual are revoked.

Checks made in an amount that is more than the balance due cannot be posted to the student's account and will be returned.
