In total North Texas, which hit 126 3-pointers last year, has over 60 percent of the offense returning from last season.

Godbolt is the reigning Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year and was a second-team all-conference pick going into this season.

North Texas has seven fresh faces on the roster this season. The Mean Green picked up four point guards; Kasondra Foreman, Alyssa Hankins, Laura McCoy and Desiree Nelson all have the ability to play the position.

In addition to help at the point guard spot, the Mean Green added Jacquelyn Hearne, a 6-2 post. Ash'Lynne Evans is a 5-11 forward and Trai-ce McCoy is 5-8 guard who can also play at the forward spot.
