Outages and Scheduled Maintenance

Check back for updates on internet outages and system malfunctions.

Blackboard Learn is unavailable every Saturday night from 11:00pm until 2:00am CDT Sunday morning for system maintenance. Occasionally the date and times may change to accommodate for extended maintenance windows. You can find maintenance notifications in the right column of Blackboard's login page, learn.unt.edu.

For immediate assistance outside our normal hours, contact the UIT Help Desk at 940-565-2324 or by email at helpdesk@unt.edu.

Students should contact the IT Helpdesk if they have problems logging in to Bb Learn. For issues inside a particular course (such as broken links, content, quiz, or assignment availability, or for resetting quizzes or exams), students should contact the instructor of that course.

For help designing and reviewing your online course, contact your department's Instructional Consultant. They have considerable expertise in best practices for teaching in the online learning environment and in designing online courses that meet national quality standards.
