Student Organization Event Request Form

Registered Student Organizations are allowed to use campus facilities, meeting rooms, and classrooms for their events and meetings. Please use this form to request events. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days. Any form(s) submitted on the weekend or after business hours (8:30AM-5:30PM) will not be processed until the next business day.
