Ryan is active in the recording industry, having recorded for The Texas Tenors, Andy Williams, Academy Award winner Shirley Jones, and the Grammy nominated album 'New Directions' by the Lettermen (featuring the Les Brown Band of Renown). Additionally, Ryan maintains a presence in the field of music education, teaching privately and in a group setting. He spent four years under the tutelage of Ed Soph and, through the percussion studio, was able to experience private and group lessons from drumming legends Peter Erskine, Keith Carlock, Ari Hoenig, Terri Lynne Carrington, and Clyde Stubblefield.
