UNT International requests that all international visitors are registered through the International Visitor Notification system. UNT colleges and departments hosting international visitors or visiting delegations should complete the online International Visitor Notification Form.

Reporting VIP International Visitors
The Office of the President requests that all VIP international visitors be registered with the University’s Protocol Office. The University has numerous important visitors from around the world. These guests should receive extra attention to help make their time with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. VIP International Visitors include:
- Other University Presidents, Chancellors and Provosts or equivalent
- Current and former high-ranking government officials such as heads of state, ambassadors, consuls general, etc.
- Other governmental and religious officials
- High profile visitors
- High ranking military officers
