Each year, music education students involved with the North Texas Music Educators Association (NTMEA) provide a variety service events throughout the Denton area. Whether introducing children to instrument of the orchestra through “instrument petting zoos,” providing classes to help scouts achieve merit badges, or working with organizations like the Salvation Army, our future educators work diligently to provide quality music programs throughout the community. In addition, NTMEA members seek opportunities to learn from experienced music teachers who serve as invited guests at regular monthly meetings.
