Boot Camp

This intense cardiovascular and muscle strengthening workout will include the use of equipment! Come work with one of our certified personal trainers in this indoor/outdoor boot camp.

Kettlebell

This kettlebell program is one of the most popular ways to improve balance, strength, power, flexibility, and endurance. This class will help you quickly get in shape. Kettlebell is challenging, efficient, and you only need one piece of equipment! All fitness levels welcome.

Yoga Rocks

Come enhance your yoga practice and climbing techniques while developing strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome and no climbing experience needed. All participants will receive a complimentary belay certification at the climbing wall.

Bench Press Competition

Divisions for men and women with various weight classes are available. Participants must register by the deadline - no late entries will be accepted!

2 Fit

Get fit through tandem style, functional workouts for you and your partner, designed to be engaging and challenging. This class will be led by one of our certified personal trainers.
