Join Our Community of Talented Musicians
Students in the UNT College of Music study with a highly acclaimed faculty of performers, composers, scholars and researchers, all of whom are dedicated to teaching the highly diverse student body that chooses to attend UNT. Students also have opportunities to work closely with internationally recognized guest artists and scholars through residencies, master classes and lectures.
How to Apply:
Step 1: Apply to UNT
You must apply to and be accepted by the university before you can join the UNT College of Music:
Step 2: Apply to the College of Music
Once you have submitted your application to UNT, you will need to complete a College of Music application:
Step 3: Audition
Once you have submitted your application to UNT and completed a College of Music application, you will need to audition*:
*Graduate academic-degree program applicants will submit supplemental materials in lieu of an audition.
