Dr. Eric Kennedy is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Grand Valley State University. Dr. Kennedy dissertation title was “The motivations and outcomes of consumer brand co-creation.” His major professor was Dr. Francisco Guzman.


Dr. Seth Ketron is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at East Carolina University. Dr. Ketron dissertation title was “Size Framing: Conceptualization and Applications in Marketing and Consumer Behavior.” His major professor was Dr. Nancy Spears.

Spring 2017


Dr. Weerapat Attachot is from the Department of Accounting accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Babson College. Dr. Attachot dissertation title was “Determinants of Corporate Governance Choices – Evidence from Foreign Firms Listed on U.S. Stock Exchanges.” His major professors was Dr. Carol A. Frost.


Dr. Binod Guragai is from the Department of Accounting accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Guragai dissertation title was “Firm Performance And Analyst Forecast Accuracy Following Discontinued Operations: Evidence From The Pre–SFAS 144 And SFAS 144 Eras“. His major professors was Dr. Paul Hutchison.


Dr. Feng Han is from the Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China. Dr. Han dissertation title was “Tournament Incentives vs. Equity Incentives of CFOs: the Effects on Firms’ Risk Taking and Earnings Management.” Her major professor were Dr. Enya He and Dr. Mazhar Siddiqi.


Dr. Michele Medina is from the Department of Management accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Middle Tennessee State University. Dr. Medina dissertation title was “Consequences of Coworker Bullying: A Bystander Perspective.” Her major professors was Dr. Danielle Cooper.


Dr. Md Rokonuzzaman is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. Dr. Rokonuzzaman dissertation title was “Understanding Service Innovation from a Value Co-Creation Perspective.” His major professor was Dr. Audhesh Paswan.

Dr. Adel Almomen is from the Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Dr. Almomen dissertation title was “Innovation Output and the Cost of Funds”. His major professor was Dr. Tomas Mantecon.


Dr. Mucahit Kochan is from the Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Tiffin University. Dr. Kochan dissertation title was “Information Content of Iron Butterfly Arbitrage Bounds.” His major professor was Dr. James Conover.

Dr. Marc Neri is from the Department of Accounting accepted a position as an Assistant Professor at Texas Christian University. Dr. Neri dissertation title was “Loyalty or Fairness: A Study of the Influence of Moral Foundations on Auditors’ Propensity to Subordinate their Judgment.” His major professors were Dr. Mary Curtis and Dr. Jesse Robertson.


Dr. Huong Thi Tran is from the Department of Marketing and Logistics accepted a position as a Senior Lecturer at UNT. Dr. Tran dissertation title was “A FRAMEWORK TO EVALUATE ENTROPY BASED DATA FUSION METHODS IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT.” Her major professor were Dr. Robert Pavur and Dr. David Nowicki.
