Team Science is a multidisciplinary field that touches on the collaborative functioning of teams and small groups in the workplace. The team science (tsci) concentration will aid students in the following:
*learn how to work and function in teams / small groups in the workplace
*learn how to successfully manage high performing teams
*have a better understanding of how teams operate (team dynamics)
*learn how to perform team building exercises
*have a better understanding about different team types & team processes
*be able to differentiate between leadership, team leadership, & shared
leadership
*learn about team training
*learn how to evaluate team performance and team training
