Hey y'all, I have two rooms available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath, double story townhouse. It's less than 2 miles from campus.
We are on the UNT bus route. This is a cheapest deal around so I'd really like... to find you a roommate so I can keep the place.

I work full-time and go to school so I'm not home much. No animals currently living here. Takes about 5 minutes by bus to get to school.

The middle room is 525 everything included. The master bedroom is 600 everything included.

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Oaks of Denton. I am trying to move to a place closer to my job. I live at the Oaks of Denton which is only a 5 minute walk to the UNT Stud...ent Union. The apartment is a (premium level) one bedroom, one bath, with a full sized kitchen and huge amounts of storage space. The place is 573 square feet and has hardwood floors in each room. It also has two large closets and a patio for extra storage. The rent is $845 per month not including electricity. Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease for a room in a three bedroom house. It is literally right across the street from campus. It's a great location! My room is 13x11 feet ...with a large closet. The lease ends July 15th, 2018.
My roommates are a boy and a girl who attend UNT. They work a lot, and usually I'm the only one here. One of my roommates does have a small dog, but she stays in his room and is very quiet.
Rent is $333/month not including bills. Bills are split between the three of us, and the final rent is usually $420 each. I will be leaving my deposit to whoever takes over, which was approximately $450.
Move in is dependent on your approval by the office. The move in date is also negotiable for anywhere between your approval by the office until mid January.
Dogs and cats are ok, but there is a pet fee.

Hey! Looking for someone to take over the last month of my lease (August).
You would be taking over my lease for a month, and can renew at the end of august if you want, or move out.
WestWind Apts. ...1710 Sam bass blvd, close to campus, with a bus route that stops right in front of the apartments.
It's a one bed room one bath, I have a small dog and have already paid all the pet deposits. So if you have a dog or cat, it wouldn't cost any extra.
Cable is included in rent, $850 a month, you would have to pay utilities. Which usually adds up to less than $200 a month.
