Core Curriculum

The Office of the Core Curriculum website contains resources and information designed to assist faculty and chairs in understanding and improving UNT's Core Curriculum.

The University of North Texas' 42-hour Core Curriculum is required of all undergraduate students, regardless of major. It consists of courses across disciplines, departments, and colleges. The Core is designed to provide a broad perspective of learning that prepares students to comprehend, connect, and collect marketable skills needed to become successful citizens and leaders in the community.
