Overview

This program is aimed to improve outcomes and care for pediatric patients with respiratory distress who reside in rural communities throughout South-Central Texas. The program supports the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) guidelines; the AAP seeks to support pediatricians and their care teams in continuous quality improvement through the implementation of the following quality agenda that provides a framework for the mission that "every child gets the right care every time."
