The Event Planning & Scheduling Services staff of Event Coordinators represents and schedules the University Union, Gateway Center and Coliseum. The staff welcomes the opportunity to assist you in coordinating the various aspects of planning your event – from venue to menu. The “one stop shop” concept is offered to simplify your event planning process.

The experienced Event Coordinators will gladly assist with room selection and setup, audio/visual requirements, alcoholic beverage service, and catering for your event.

UNT’s beautiful facilities provide the ideal location for the small luncheon to the large reception providing seating for up to 450. Both the University Union and Gateway facilities are versatile and will accommodate conferences providing multiple rooms with flexible configurations and full technical service.
