Needs Statement

In the United States about 3.5 million people have HCV. According to the CDC, around one half of those do not know they are infected(1). This presentation will discuss important developments and strategies in HCV therapy practice. A review of risk factors, testing, staging, complications and evaluation of treatments will be presented.

Target Audience

This activity was designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, phyisician assistants, nurses, and nurse practitioners.
