The BIG Event 2018
Join the UNT Alumni Association, UNT students, faculty, staff and fellow alumni as we celebrate a day of service through the BIG Event.
On Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m., thousands of UNT Eagles will join together in helping our community. Any UNT alumni who sign up here will work on the UNT campus packaging meals for the Rise Against Hunger project.
Tentative Schedule for UNT Alumni at The BIG Event:
8:15-9 a.m. -- Kick off event to welcome all volunteers to The BIG Event. Includes a FREE breakfast and family fun. Located at the Library Mall, UNT Campus
9 a.m.-1 p.m. -- Volunteer work assignment; UNT Alumni works with Rise Against Hunger packaging meals
Parking is FREE in Lot 37. Download the parking map here.
Register by Friday, March 16, 2018. A finalized schedule with more details will be emailed to you closer to the day of the event.
The Big Event is a nationally recognized day of service celebrated by the UNT community. Volunteers perform hours of service including environmental programs, assisting local schools and nonprofit organizations, and more.
