Target Audience

This activity was planned to address the educational needs of physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, physical therapists, social workers and licensed professional counselors.

Objectives

• Manage neuropsychiatric symptoms of dementia patients in clinical settings using the DICE approach
• Create a non pharmacological treatment plan for dementia patients with neuropsychiatric symptoms
• Recommend medications for neuropsychiatric symptoms of dementia patients when appropriate
