These courses are designed for strong swimmers who wish to be trained in American Red Cross Lifeguarding and for existing lifeguards who wish to update their certifications.
Lifeguarding and CPR Certification
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive American Red Cross Lifeguarding /First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certifications. The class is four full days over two weekends, and participants must attend every and all classes. The cost includes necessary books and supplies. **Minimum age is 15 years old**

Lifeguarding and CPR Recertification
This course is for currently certified lifeguards only. The class is to update CPR and Lifeguarding certifications. Participants have the sole responsibility to prepare for the class. Participants who successfully pass will receive American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Lifeguard/First Aid certificates. **Minimum age is 15 years old**
