Training

The opera program in the College of Music at the University of North Texas strives to offer intensive training and diverse performing opportunities to students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in an environment that is at once nurturing and challenging.  As an aspiring opera singer you can pursue a BM, MM or DMA degree in vocal performance with a related field in Opera.  Or you can pursue an Artists Certificate. 

If Opera is your Related Field…
Take 9 hours for a Masters from the following list.
Take 12 hours for a DMA.
